Free Money For Motorcycle Riders

Martha CoakleyWell not exactly free since you really just overpaid and are getting some of that money back. Still money you weren’t expecting which is never a bad thing.

Around 9,000 Massachusetts residents purchasing comprehensive and collision coverage on their motorcycles were overcharged by Liberty Mutual in the last decade. The average refund is $334 but some are receiving refunds as large as $9,200.

Those eligible will have purchased coverage between January 1st, 2002 and March 30th 2009. All questions on specifics are being directed to the Attorney General’s Frequently Asked Questions Web page.
